Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must meet the following conditions:

- Products must be returned in their original packaging

Return Shipping Label
For your convenience, Pateora provides a return shipping label with all orders.
If a label was not included in your package, our support team will gladly provide a prepaid label upon request, making the return process easy and efficient.

Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected:
